Pediatric Dental Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Handle multi-line phone system and patient inquiries
Verify insurance eligibility and communicate benefits to patients
Process payments, co-pays, and outstanding balances accurately
Maintain and update patient records using dental practice management software
Coordinate with clinical team to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of dental reception or front-desk experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with dental practice management systems and office technology
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Professional demeanor and a collaborative team attitude

Schedule & Compensation

Flexible schedule: Monday through Saturday (rotational shifts)
Competitive hourly rate: $16–24 per hour, commensurate with experience
