Dental General Assistant – $20–$26/hr + Benefits & Monthly Bonuses

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Dental General Assistant with 3+ years of experience to join our friendly, patient-centered practice. You'll support our clinical team in delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance during composite and amalgam procedures
Capture and process digital and traditional impressions
Take and develop high-quality X-rays (DANB X-ray Certification preferred)
Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with restorative procedures
Perform sterilization and infection control protocols
Utilize Open Dental Software for scheduling and patient records

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
Dental Assistant Certification required
DANB X-ray Certification preferred
Proficiency with Open Dental Software
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
