Registered Dental Hygienist

Company Overview: Aguilar Family Dentistry is a private family dental practice dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients. As part of our growing office, we are seeking a highly self-motivated and positive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our Hygiene Team. Position Summary: We are currently looking to hire a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to work two days a week, specifically on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 am to 5 pm. This role does not require weekend work. The ideal candidate will help us maintain a positive atmosphere and deliver exceptional care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct patient screening procedures and perform oral health assessments. - Provide dental health education to patients, promoting good oral hygiene practices. - Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and soft tissue management treatments. - Apply prophylactic/antibacterial materials, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides. Qualifications: - Must be a people-oriented individual with a great attitude and attention to detail. - Possess effective interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and listening skills. - Demonstrate creativity in patient management and oral health education approaches. - Hold an active license to practice in Texas. - Nitrous certification is a plus.
